UNBOTTLED POTENTIAL Challenge

3 years ago, I wrote the book. Now let's do the work.

Doors close October 3rd. We start October 5th.

Things look fine on the outside; you’re not anywhere close to rock bottom.

Nobody is worried about you…but you know.

You know how alcohol is costing you time, energy, clarity and keeping you from becoming the version of yourself you actually want to be.

Three years ago, I wrote Unbottled Potential to walk women exactly like you through changing that. This October, for the book's third anniversary, I'm reopening the challenge built from it.

It’s expanded, refreshed, and going deeper than it ever has before.

you don’t need to have a PROBLEM WITH ALCOHOL for it to be a problem in your life

Let’s be honest about the word challenge.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I don't believe in day-counting your way to change. Almost anyone can white-knuckle 21 days and go right back to normal. Counting days doesn't rewire anything.

So when I call this a challenge, I don't mean a countdown. I mean the other definition — something that asks more of you than you're used to giving

This is 21 days to do four specific things I walk every reader through in Part One of the book:

→ Stop needing a "problem" to justify getting curious

→ Debunk the moderation fantasy you've probably tried (and failed at) more than once

→ Write the real story of your relationship with alcohol — not the polished version

→ Take honest stock of what it's actually cost you, and get clear on what's possible instead

If all that changes is a number on a calendar, I haven't done my job.

If you finish having actually done this work, the drinking part tends to take care of itself.

What’s inside the UNBOTTLED POTENTIAL CHALLENGE?

Four weeks. One chapter each. Real work, not busywork.

Every Monday through Thursday, you'll get a short audio lesson from me plus a guided journal prompt. Fridays are for reflection. Weekends are yours.

Plus, 3–4 live calls with me throughout the challenge — real-time Q&A, coaching, and a chance to process what's coming up in community rather than alone.

Week 1 — You Don't Need a Problem. Dismantle the belief that you need to hit bottom before your relationship with alcohol is worth examining.

Week 2 — The Myth of Moderation. Get honest about every moderation trick you've tried, why it hasn't stuck, and where the self-judgment needs to end.

Week 3 — Alcohol, A Love Story. Write the real narrative of your relationship with alcohol — where it started, what it's been standing in for, and how deep the roots actually go.

Week 4 — Getting Unstuck. Take honest stock of what alcohol has cost you in time, energy, and authenticity — and start hearing the difference between the voice that's kept you stuck and the one that's been trying to guide you out.

HI, I’M AMANDA

I've been alcohol-free for almost a decade.

I wrote Unbottled Potential because every approach I found when I got sober-curious was rooted in fear, shame, or deprivation. None of it spoke to who I actually was: ambitious, spiritually curious, and not interested in hitting rock bottom to justify a change.

This challenge is the process that changed my own life in 2017, refined by everything I've learned coaching hundreds of women through it since.
